Do anti-glare and matte screens need special treatment?

They need a lint-free cloth more than anything else does. The matte texture traps loose fibers, so paper towels and terry cotton make them look permanently dusty. Some etched-glass finishes also require the specific cloth the manufacturer supplies — check the manual.

Clean It Once, Clean It Right
