MW Quick Cloth Product Details
Microfiber Wholesale's MW Quick Cloth Blanks are ultra-fine, dual-sided microfiber cloths designed for custom printing, especially dye sublimation. Each pack includes fifty 5" x 7" blank cloths. They're small, easy to pack, and make great printed add-ons, inserts, or resale items.
Want to offer a more polished look? You can choose to add an optional clear plastic case if you’re planning to add your own branding to them.
These cloths are thicker than your average lens cloth, with two different microfiber sides. The white flat side is perfect for sublimation; it has a smooth, tight weave that grabs your design cleanly and prints with amazing clarity and color.
The gray side, which is great for making it feel more substantial in the hand, has a longer looped texture and gives the cloth some extra thickness and structure. Both sides are soft and safe for real-world use, but the white side is where your design belongs.
Because of the dual-weave construction, you won’t get color showing through to the back, even with bold or full-coverage prints. It also gives the finished product a high-quality feel that your customers will notice, especially if you’re including them in kits, boxes, or promo bundles.
As always, settings may vary slightly by press, so we recommend testing your design on one first before running a full batch.

Yes! These microfiber cloths are specifically designed for dye sublimation printing. The flat-weave white side has a smooth surface that allows your designs to transfer cleanly with vibrant color and sharp detail, making them perfect for custom logos, artwork, and branding.
We recommend starting with standard sublimation settings: 400°F (204°C) for 45–60 seconds with medium pressure. Since heat presses can vary, always test with one cloth to fine-tune for your specific equipment and design needs.
No pre-treatment is needed! These blanks come ready to print. Just make sure they’re free from lint or dust before pressing, using a lint roller helps ensure the cleanest, most vibrant results.
