WE’RE OPEN

We are open! We’re shipping our orders with our normal lead time which means many orders ship the same day and nearly all shipping by the next business day.

Microfiber Wholesale is a distributor of microfiber cleaning & disinfecting supplies operating in CA. Our specific type of business falls within the exemptions as described within Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-33-20, including maintaining continuity of the operations of the federal critical infrastructure sectors, government services, healthcare, childcare and construction industries.

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE DOING:

All office staff is working from home – We’ve had no change in our responsiveness to our customers, except that we’ll be talking on the phone with you in our pajamas. Everyone is excited to save on gasoline and not fighting Southern California traffic, but bummed that we won’t be able to see each other every day.

Our order picking and shipping department are be open, but we’ve modified how we operate. Instead of everybody working at the same time, we’ve split them into shifts so we can minimize how much they’re interacting with each other.

We’re temporarily suspending our custom towel printing production. I decided that this was a part of the business that should be paused since it’s so labor intensive. The employees that worked in this department are staying home, with full pay.

We have good inventory on most of our popular items. We were well stocked before the outbreak in China, and our manufacturing partners have all been back up and running since mid to late February. We have good stock here, and much more microfiber on the way!

Will called orders are suspended. To decrease the amount of people we’re interacting with all orders will be shipped.

We’re working on some great content. We plan on continuing to send our useful info centered on disinfecting so stay tuned. We’re so grateful to our customers who are subject matter experts and are willing to share their knowledge with us and our customers (I’m looking at you Melissa Homer from MaidPro and you Joanna Martin from Winston Salem Cleaning Service).
