Shipping and Backorder Policies


We offer free ground shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase to the 48 contiguous states. This free shipping offer does not apply to reseller pricing or any other special or negotiated pricing.
We select the most economical method of shipping. It will be either Fed Ex Ground, UPS, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. When orders ship a shipment confirmation email is generated which will include tracking info for UPS, Fed Ex and USPS Priority shipments.

Reseller pricing does not include shipping. The shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout page and added to the order total. If the check out page fails to add the shipping charge we reserve the right to bill the shipping separately. 
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. If your order is time sensitive please contact us and we'll try to accommodate your needs. Custom printed towels and other custom items have longer lead times. 
If you are having an order ship to your home please be there to receive your items or be willing to go to your local UPS or Fed Ex location to pick it up. If nobody is at your home during the day it might be a good idea to have the order ship to your place of business if that is possible. 
Alaska, Hawaii and international orders are subject to real time UPS and USPS rates. We do not add a handling charge for any orders. Please note that for international orders we're only charging the shipping costs, any taxes or duties levied by the destination country are your responsibility. 
Back Orders: 
We keep a large inventory in our southern California warehouse, however sometimes back orders are unavoidable. Since nearly all of the items offered by Microfiber Wholesale are imported it can sometimes take 8-12 weeks to replace depleted inventory. If we don’t have the inventory to ship your order complete within 4 business days of order placement we’ll contact you to discuss options. Those options may include replacing the item with an equal or greater quality item, shipping what we have in stock and back ordering the rest, shipping what we have in stock and canceling the rest, or canceling the order all together. The choice will be yours.
All of the items sold on are bulk packed unless otherwise noted. They are not packaged for retail. We often consolidate boxes to minimize shipping costs and waste. Some items may ship disassembled for ease of shipping but reassembly is quick, easy and intuitive. 

Inspect Your Shipment:

Please inspect your shipment for damage, missing or incorrect products immediately upon receipt of your order. Discrepancies and/or damage must be reported within 15 days of receipt in order to receive a replacement.
