How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders generally ship the same or next business day. If for some reason your order doesn’t ship within 3 business days we will contact you to let you know why and give you the option of cancelling or backordering. You can check the UPS transit map to the right for a rough idea of the lead time. If you need your order faster you can select UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day or USPS Priority Mail at check out. You will be provided with tracking info via email once your order is shipped.
Do you only sell to business?
You don’t have to be a business to place an order.
What is the minimum order?
There are no minimums for nearly all of our products. You can buy one towel, one mop, etc. There are a few items that do have minimums; the minimum is clearly listed on the product page.
How much will shipping cost?
All orders ship free to the continental United States. There is no minimum purchase to get free shipping. The only exception is special and negotiated pricing including reseller pricing. Alaska, Hawaii and International orders are charged shipping. Those charges are determined by the destination, weight and size of the order. During checkout you’ll be made aware of the shipping charges before you enter any payment info.
Do you have any coupon codes or discounts?

Can I combine colors to get a quantity price break?
You can combine different colors of the same item to get to a quantity. For instance, if you order 50 yellow, 50 green, 50 blue, 50 red 16×16 All Purpose Microfiber Towels you would get the 200 piece price. Your cart will update the price automatically.
Where are the products made?
The majority of our products are made in China, including nearly all microfiber. The microfiber products have tags on them indicating their origin. Some of our products (mostly conventional mops) are made in the USA.
What’s your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we will refund your payment for any unused products less shipping charges on your original shipment and the shipping charges back to our warehouse. Refunds for used products will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Where do orders ship from?
Nearly all of our orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California. Occasionally we’ll have orders or partial orders ship from another location.
Do I need to register to place an order?
No, you can check out anonymously however we recommend creating an account. When you create an account you can easily reorder by viewing your order history.
Do you send out samples?

We do ship internationally. If your country isn’t available during checkout please contact us to place your order.
