Frustration Free Returns

Our Super Simple Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your microfiber and we’re very confident that you will be. However, if for some reason you aren’t, or even if you made a mistake when ordering, we want to make returning or exchanging your microfiber as easy as possible. There’s no restocking fee, no shipping charges and no time limit for credit. You have a 60 day window from when the order ships for a cash refund, after 60 days the refund comes in the form of store credit.

Absolutely NO Shipping Charges

Few things are as frustrating as having to pay for shipping. That’s why we offer free return shipping if you’re not 100% satisfied for customers in the contiguous 48 states. If there was a shipping charge on your original order, we’ll even refund that too (unless you opted for expedited shipping like Next Day Air or Second Day Air).

No Time Limit for Credit

Just as frustrating as having to pay for the shipping for an item you don’t want is realizing that you missed the return window by a few days. For that reason we don’t put a time limit on the return of unused microfiber. You can return any unused products at any time. If your return is within 60 days of when the order shipped, we’ll refund all of your money. If it’s over 60 days we’ll give you store credit for the full amount in the form of a single use coupon code. Used products will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

To process a return, complete the short form linked below. Include a copy of it in the packaging. We’ll email you a shipping label as soon as possible, usually within a few hours during the business day.
